We answer every Google review your business gets — by a person, in your voice, within 24–48 hours. The hard ones are drafted and sent to you first. You approve your voice once; we handle every review after that.

"They installed a water heater Friday. Saturday morning it's leaking all over my basement floor. Called the emergency line twice, nobody called back for 6 hours. Unacceptable."
"Dan, I'm sorry — a water heater we installed Friday leaking by Saturday is our failure, full stop, and six hours without a callback makes it worse. Our tech has already spoken with you about today's visit, and whatever it takes to put the basement right is on us. I own this one personally. — Marcus"
Fifteen minutes of your time, one time. No software to learn, no dashboard to check, no replies to write at 10 p.m.
A 10-question voice questionnaire + your past replies become your Voice Profile. We draft your first responses; nothing posts until you approve them.
Positives and mixed reviews post within 24–48 hours, in your voice. Negative or sensitive ones are drafted and sent to you first — always.
Monthly: every review counted, your rating trend, what customers keep praising and flagging, and each escalation and how it closed.
From our sample set: one fictional HVAC company, its real-shaped reviews, and the responses our desk wrote. Every prospect audit drafts responses to your actual reviews the same way — before you pay anything.
"Good work on our furnace tune-up, tech was knowledgeable. Only complaint is I booked for 9am and he arrived at 10:40 with no call."
"Greg, thanks for the kind words about the tune-up — and you're right about the arrival. Booking 9 and showing at 10:40 with no call is on us, not on you. If there's anything else we can do better, (555) 013-4471 reaches me directly. — Marcus"
"Scam company. Charged me for a duct cleaning and never showed up. Stay away."
"We take every review seriously and look into each one. We have no record of a duct-cleaning booking — it's a service we don't offer — and we'd welcome the chance to understand this directly. (555) 013-4471 reaches the owner. — Marcus"
Suspected-fake reviews are never accused in public. We post a calm holding response and file the evidence with Google — removal is Google's decision, and we say so in your report, in writing.
Responses get you signed up. This — in your inbox in the first days of every month — is what renews you. Sample below, same fictional business.
| What customers kept saying | Count | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Praised: named a tech by name | 11 | Your people are the brand — keep names on the trucks. |
| Flagged: arrival windows missed | 5 | Third month in the top two — the one operational fix that buys stars. |
| Flagged: invoice vs. phone quote | 3 | Every one answered with the direct line; zero argued in public. |
Every number in a real report comes from your response log — including the misses. If we're ever late, the report says so, with the cause.
Only one of them doesn't depend on you remembering, at the end of a 12-hour day, to go be diplomatic on the internet.
| Do nothing | Review software ($75–$449/mo) | Review Response Service | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes the replies? | Nobody | Still you — the tool just reminds you | A trained responder, in your voice |
| The 1-star at 9 p.m. Friday | Sits all weekend, unanswered | Waits in a dashboard until Monday-you deals with it | Drafted to you for approval, posted inside 48h |
| Suspected fake review | Permanent, unchallenged | A flag button, if you find the time | Holding response + evidence filed with Google, status reported monthly |
| Contract | — | Often annual (platform tier) | Month-to-month. Cancel in two clicks |
| What you see monthly | Nothing | A dashboard you have to log into | A written report: counts, trends, themes, escalations |
The big platforms make you sit through a sales call to hear a number, then charge $299–$599 per location on an annual contract — for software you still have to run. Ours is a service, and the price is right here.
Backlog Cleanup — $149 one-time per location: we draft and post responses (on your approval) to up to 40 reviews already sitting unanswered. Free for GBP Rescue and Visibility OS clients who start within 14 days of their fix.
Standing approval covers the routine: praise, thanks, the honest mixed review. Anything with teeth is drafted, briefed, and sent to you first — with our recommendation attached. Your call governs, including "never post that," forever.
That's the whole setup. Before anything posts, we build your Voice Profile from a short questionnaire and your own past replies, then draft your first responses for your approval. If they don't sound like you on a good day, we revise until they do — and negatives come to you first for as long as you're a client, so you're never surprised by your own profile.
Manager-level access to your Google Business Profile — enough to reply to reviews, nothing more. We can't delete your profile, change ownership, or see your other Google accounts, and you can revoke access in two clicks at any time. We never ask for your password; anyone who does isn't us.
Sometimes — and only Google decides. What we do: post a calm public response that accuses no one, then file the evidence through Google's own process and report the status honestly every month. Anyone who guarantees removal is selling you something that isn't theirs to promise.
No — deliberately. We respond to reviews; we don't write them, solicit them with incentives, or filter who gets asked. That keeps you clean under Google's policies and the FTC's rules, and it's a line we don't cross for any client at any price. What answered reviews do is make the ones you have work harder: prospects read the replies as much as the reviews.
Then your responses run in regulated mode: we never confirm a reviewer was your patient or client, never reference treatment or cases, and keep replies general and brief. Negative reviews in regulated trades always escalate to you first.
Measured from when the review appears on Google to when our response is live, and it's in your monthly report — median and slowest, with the cause attached to any miss. In your first month, if we miss the window on more than a quarter of your reviews through our own fault, that month is refunded.
Nothing. Month-to-month, cancel from the link in any of our emails, effective at the end of the paid month. Your response log and reports are yours — we'll send the archive so whoever's next starts from evidence.
We count your unanswered reviews and draft two responses to your actual recent reviews. If the work doesn't sell itself, nothing else we say should.
